35 years on the market, an agribusiness company with more than 500 employees and more than 20 branches was faced with a common (and critical) challenge: how to ensure alignment na atuação da liderança in an increasingly distributed business, with managers in different cities, operating under hybrid models - even if the work was 100% face-to-face?

Even with robust leadership development initiatives, the results were less than expected. The company needed more than content: it needed a real transformation in the way it leads.

That's when Upskill Platform entered.

The Upskill Platform was chosen to accelerate the development of 24 leaders, focusing on:

  • leadership succession, 
  • stress management,
