This is a semi-automatic system for defining which mentor will leverage each leader's potential, which includes 2 phases: 1st phase - an algorithm in our platform identifies and selects the most suitable mentor for each leader who takes part in our development programmes. 2nd phase - an experienced specialist makes the final curation of the mentors, validating or adjusting the selection made by the automation.
