William Câmara is a founding partner and COO of Upskill Platform. With over 25 years' experience, he has mentored hundreds of leaders and executives in companies such as Adobe, IQVIA, Bitcoin Market, Stefanini Cyber, Ingredion, ConectCar, GreenCare and RealBeef.

He leads a network of more than 200 certified mentors in the methodology that gave rise to the book series “The Mind of the Future Leader”. He has given dozens of talks and workshops throughout Brazil and internationally.

He teaches mental and emotional preparation in the training course of the Council of the Future.

Electrical Engineer from PUC-SP, with a postgraduate degree in Marketing (FAAP), an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Management, and studies in Artificial Intelligence at MIT.
