There are many points of conflict that I face on a day-to-day basis and I've already managed to find creative solutions together with my mentor and also in group mentoring sessions. It's interesting to think of it as a framework for human relationships, since human activities bring objective results.

The mentorships encouraged me to deepen and understand my core values and how to live an intentional life. Looking back, many of the insights I gained helped me build the successful company I created. Now, one of the foundations of my company's training for all members is this programme.

I really enjoyed [the mentoring sessions]. It makes you feel good about yourself so that you can manage people, deal with people or complicated situations. I especially liked the mentor, who fitted in very well with my thoughts and with what I needed, taking me to the root cause of my main problem and showing me various ways of solving it.
