Throughout his 30-year career, he has acquired vast executive experience in Business Development, Marketing and Alliance Management.

He has held various executive positions, including Chief Marketing, ESG & Alliances Officer, both in Brazil and in the United States, at the Logicalis Group.

Today, as well as being a partner, director and mentor at Upskill, she works as a certified counsellor and strategic consultant, co-founding Duorum Consultoria and being an angel investor in Mubius WomenTech.

She has a degree in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP, a postgraduate qualification in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School (UMBS), with an emphasis on Corporate Strategy and Marketing.
