At Upskill, we have a team of hundreds of mentors who specialise in developing the skills, mindsets and behaviours of a humanised leadership that builds high-performance teams.

With 10 to 20 years' experience developing executives and entrepreneurs, our mentors are certified in a proprietary methodology and trained weekly in our Mentoring Lab.

Each user of the Upskill platform undergoes an assessment that defines their leadership profile, their skills gaps and indicates the mentor who will best boost their development.

One of the key factors in transformative mentoring is communication.

And communication between mentor and mentee is better when these profiles have similar characteristics, albeit with different levels of experience in what they are trying to develop.

That's why we created Mentor Match. This is a semi-automatic system that includes 2 phases:

First phase: an algorithm on our platform identifies and selects the most suitable mentor for each leader who takes part in our development programmes.

Second phase: an experienced specialist makes the final curation of the mentors, validating or adjusting the selection made by the automation.

William Camara

COO of Upskill and mentor for over 20 years. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from PUC-SP, a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management from FAAP and an MBA in Business Management from Pitágoras. Co-host of The Entrepreneurial Mind Podcast and co-author of the Mindfulness Design Programme.

Vanise Perez

Founder and CEO of Luna Mentoria, volunteer, mother and mentor for 18 years. She has a degree in Physics from UFPR and has been trained in Organisational Constellations and Systemic Intelligence by Talent Management in Portugal, with international certification.

Vilmar Duarte

Graduated in Systems Analysis from Unicarioca and with an MBA from FGV with a financial emphasis, he has been a team leader in the services sector, outsourcing, M&A, innovation and partnerships in multinational telecommunications and IT companies for more than 30 years, in more than 7 countries. He has been a leadership mentor for 6 years.

Alessandra Filippini

She has a degree in Neuroscience and Epigenetics [with a focus on human development] from the Empowerment Centre in Paris, 25 years' experience in entrepreneurship and management and is an Ironman triathlete. She is a LinkedIn Top Voice, a guest speaker at Geração de Valor and a mentor coordinator at IVG - Nós por Elas.

Nilzo Andrade

He graduated as an engineer from UFSC and has a postgraduate degree in Quality and Productivity Engineering from UFRGS. He was an executive at Sadia, taking part in the implementation of a management system based on PDCA and achieving ISO 9001 certification. Author of Life Planning. He has been a leadership mentor for over 23 years.

Aline Daher

She has a degree in Social Communication from PUCCAMP and an MBA in Marketing from FGV. She has led and executed communication projects with the HR departments of more than 20 companies, such as Medley, Coim Brasil, Procter and Gamble, among others. She is currently Head of Content at Upskill and has been a leadership mentor for over 10 years.

Marcelo Filhou Theodoro

He has a degree in Physical Education from UNIABC and an MBA in Business Management from Pitágoras. He was responsible for the reliability area of a multinational company for 7 years and a competitive swimming coach for 13. He has been a leadership mentor for 15 years.

Amélie Rimbeault

With a degree in Linguistics and English Literature and a licence to teach French to foreigners, and trained as a cheffe baker in France, she has been a leadership mentor for almost 10 years. She co-founded Methode2Vie (in 2017), a company focused on quality of life and performance.

Eder Livramento

He graduated in Geography from UFRGS and specialised in neuroscience at the Empowerment Center. He took part in immersions in the area of innovation at the Swedish Hyper Island school, seeking to keep up with technological developments and how they affect human behaviour. He has been mentoring leaders for 16 years.

Fernanda Neis

She graduated in Food Engineering from the Mauá School of Engineering and has an MBA in Business Management from Pitágoras. She is the current CFO and founding partner of the DeRose Meditation Platform. She has been a mentor for over 20 years.

Terezinha Dias

The daughter of entrepreneurs, she took over her parents' company at the age of 18, becoming an investor and entrepreneur at a young age. She specialises in personal development, is a teacher, school director, president of the DeRose Federation and a member of the DeRose Network's board of directors. She has over 22 years as a mentor.

Nuno Cramês

He has a degree in Architecture and a master's degree in Sensory Architecture, and a degree in human development from the l'European School of Advanced Management and Finances. Founding partner and current CEO of the DeRose Meditation Platform. He has been a leadership mentor for over 10 years.

Patricio Giuliani

An Argentinian living in Brazil, he has a degree in Statistics from the National University of Rosario, where he worked on the development of mathematical models for the study of human behaviour in relation to advertising and marketing strategies. He specialises in soft skills and has been working as a leadership mentor since 2016.

Larissa Cristina Silvério

She graduated in Pharmacy from UFPR and is a neuroscientist from USP, with a focus on emotional regulation and cognitive performance. She was an executive in the pharmaceutical sector, Johnson & Johnson and COTY, for 10 years, with extensive experience in corporate environments. She has been a leadership mentor for 6 years.

Ticiano Machado

Graduated in Business Administration with an MBA in Strategic Marketing, he has been a mentor since 2007. He founded Café Le Duc and T&J Comércio de Impressos Ltda. He founded the Clube Mindfulness programme and the A-Game in Life project, both focusing on mindfulness, emotional intelligence, leadership, stress management and habit improvement.

Aninha Müller

She graduated as a pedagogue from PUC-Rio and holds a master's degree in Brazilian Education from UFRGS. She has been a leadership mentor since 2006 and has implemented quality of life and performance projects in hotels such as the Hotel Jequitimar Spa & Resort and Sheraton Grand Rio, as well as major events.

Heloiza Gabriolli

Founder of a human development school, she graduated in Literature, Pedagogy, Human Development and People Development, with an MBA in Business Management from Pitágoras. She has been a mentor for 7 years, a lecturer on FIAP's Business Innovation MBA and a volunteer mentor on FIESP's "Elas na Indústria" programme.

Rafael Ramos

He has specialised in meditation and personal development with the DeRose Network for 17 years and has run a school of this methodology in Rio de Janeiro since 2018. He has worked with group mentoring for the Special Groups of the Military Police of Rio de Janeiro, the Shock Battalion, the Aeromobile Group and the Commanders of the UPPs.

Cibele Léger

She has a degree in Portuguese and English from the Federal University of Paraná and in Law from the UNICURITIBA University Centre. She coordinated the International Relations Office at Curitiba City Hall for five years. She has been a leadership mentor since 2008.

Shane Nicolodi

Graduated in English and Portuguese Literature from UNICRUZ in 2003. Founder and director of Casa Shane, a personal development school, since 2017. She has been a leadership mentor since 2020.

Rafaella Coelho

She studied engineering and business administration at PUC-Rio. She has more than 20 years' experience in commercial and business management, is a founding partner of a real estate company in Rio de Janeiro and CEO of the personal development school Cultura e Performance. She has been a leadership mentor for over 10 years.

Eduardo Saldanha

He graduated in Finance from Lisboa Business School and has a master's degree in Monetary and Financial Economics from ISEG, University of Lisbon. He was leader of the Special Gymnastics Class for 5 years and, for 4 years, was management controller at Stef-SDF, PLMJ, Danisco and IFAP. He has been a leadership mentor for 19 years.

Pedro Castro

He is a computer engineer who graduated from Unicamp and has an MBA in Business Management from Pitágoras. He specialised in mindfulness, stress management and emotional intelligence at Estácio de Sá, Centro Universitário Saúde ABC and Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (ARG). He has been a leadership mentor for over 20 years.

Ricardo Poli

Graduated from the Catholic University of Paraná with hundreds of specialised courses in human skills development, such as the Higher Sequential course at the State University of Ponta Grossa. He has been running his own company since 2004, a personal development centre in Curitiba. He has been a mentor for over 20 years.

Luciane Catelli

She has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on HR, an MBA in General Management from MCNY in New York, a Leadership Coach certified by the Integrated Coaching Institute and a PDA from the Dom Cabral Foundation. She has worked in HR for 20 years in various industries, such as Ford, PepsiCo and SulAmérica, and has been a team manager and leadership mentor since 2006.

Ricardo Rüppell

Master in marketing from EADA (Barcelona), economist from UFPR and journalist from PUC-PR. Certified FRST Falconi Leadership Mentor and InovAtiva Brasil mentor. He has been involved in the digital business ecosystem since 2011, having created more than 5 startups. He has been a mentor for 3 years.

Renata Randi

Chief Marketing, ESG & Alliances Officer for Logicalis in Latin America. With a degree in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP, a postgraduate qualification in marketing and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan Business School (UMBS), she has been an executive for 30 years and a leadership mentor for 20.
