Christiano is a technology executive with more than 25 years' experience in international companies in various sectors.

Since 2018, Christiano has dedicated himself to entrepreneurship in global technology markets, co-founding the Human Development and Well-being platforms, DeRose Meditation in New York and Upskill Platform in Brazil, where he also acts as CTO.

He is also a triathlon athlete, having competed in 4x IronMan and 16x 70.3 IronMan, among other races. Christiano believes that the discipline and determination required to practise this high-performance sport helps him develop important skills that also apply to the business world for success.

This passion for physical and mental well-being makes Christiano tirelessly seek solutions that can help people overcome their own challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals through a fuller, healthier life.

Christiano has a degree in Electronic Engineering from Mauá and an MBA in Business Administration with an emphasis on Technology from FGV. An innovation enthusiast, he is certified in various technological tools that boost the business and its employees in the day-to-day running of the organisation.
