Fernanda Neis

Fernanda has been an entrepreneur since 1995 and a businesswoman since 2001. In 2002, she became Global Vice President of the DeRose Network and today she is CFO and founding partner of the DeRose Meditation Platform and Upskill Platform.

During her career, she has given courses and lectures at events all over Brazil, in Argentina, the United States, Portugal, France and England. In recent years, she has given talks in New York for companies such as McKinsey and Pfizer, as well as mentoring executives at Protega.

Fernanda likes to develop people so that they find the best combination of human and professional improvement. In her experience as a mentor, she seeks to develop the human being to their maximum performance, with health, vitality, energy and happiness, so that this is reflected in a very good professional.

She believes that success comes from balancing a full, healthy and happy life with a meaningful profession. She sees work not as a way of earning money to pay the bills, but as a way of transforming the environment and the world around her.

With a degree in Food Engineering from the Mauá School of Engineering and an MBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from Pitágoras University, Fernanda has been training entrepreneurs since 1998.
