The Upskill Platform certification sessions are structured to ensure that participants not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but also develop and apply practical skills essential for effective leadership.

1. Theoretical content (12 hours):
Each programme starts with 12 hours of individualised theoretical content, spread over 8 modules. These modules cover fundamental soft skills, such as emotional intelligence, assertive communication and strategic decision-making.

2. Practical Activities (12 hours):
After completing the theoretical content, participants have the option of engaging in 12 hours of practical activities. These activities are designed to apply the concepts learned to real situations in the workplace, promoting the internalisation of knowledge.

3. Individual Mentoring Sessions (4 sessions):
To consolidate learning, each participant has access to 4 individual mentoring sessions. In these sessions, experienced mentors help to adapt and implement the skills developed, aligning them with the specific challenges faced by the professional.

4. Certification:
On completing both the theoretical content and the practical activities, participants receive a recognised certificate validating their dedication to continuous professional development. This certificate can be used to request reimbursement according to your company's corporate education policy and serves as a competitive edge in the labour market.

The Upskill Platform has a team of more than 200 certified mentors who specialise in developing humanised, high-performance leadership skills. With experience ranging from 10 to 20 years, these professionals have worked in different sectors and countries, bringing a global and practical perspective to the development of leaders. All mentors are trained weekly in our Mentoring Lab and follow our own methodology, ensuring consistency and excellence throughout the programme.

After completing the course, each participant is entitled to four individual mentoring sessions (1:1), each lasting 60 minutes. These sessions are led by experienced mentors and are scheduled according to the participant's availability, with the aim of practically applying the knowledge acquired in the specific context of their organisation. The focus is on transforming learning into tangible results, adapting strategies and tools to individual realities and challenges.
