Hemos desarrollado esta Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos para que entienda c\u00f3mo recogemos, utilizamos, almacenamos, compartimos, transmitimos, transferimos, eliminamos o procesamos de cualquier otra forma (colectivamente \"Procesamos\") sus Datos Personales. Esta Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos describe las medidas que adoptamos para garantizar la protecci\u00f3n de sus Datos Personales. font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">\"Tratamiento\": cualquier operaci\u00f3n realizada con Datos Personales, como las relativas a la recogida, producci\u00f3n, recepci\u00f3n, clasificaci\u00f3n, utilizaci\u00f3n, acceso, reproducci\u00f3n, transmisi\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n, elaboraci\u00f3n, archivo, conservaci\u00f3n, supresi\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n o control de la informaci\u00f3n, modificaci\u00f3n, comunicaci\u00f3n, transparencia, difusi\u00f3n o extracci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">\"Bases legales\": las bases legales son las hip\u00f3tesis jur\u00eddicas previstas en la LGPD que autorizan a Upskill a tratar los Datos Personales.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; Podemos tener que recopilarlos y procesarlos cuando sea necesario para la ejecuci\u00f3n de un contrato del que usted sea parte o cuando sea necesario para el cumplimiento de una obligaci\u00f3n legal a la que estemos sujetos, con su consentimiento previo.
