E, como complemento, as pessoas querem solu\u00e7\u00f5es personalizadas.<\/p><p>De acordo com a pesquisa da <a href=\"#referencias\">McKinsey<\/a>, os tr\u00eas principais fatores que os colaboradores citaram como motivos para se demitir foram:<\/p><p>&#8211; N\u00e3o se sentem valorizados pelas suas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es (54%),<br \/>&#8211; N\u00e3o se sentem valorizados pelos seus gestores (52%),<br \/>&#8211; N\u00e3o vivenciam o sentimento de pertencimento no trabalho (51%).
